Studying Media will prepare you for related university courses, entry into employment in the Media and help you realise your potential in different fields.

Year 1 – AS Level
Unit 1: Representation and Responses
Unit 2: Practical production
Year 2 – A2 Level
Unit 3: Investigation and Production
Unit 4: Text Industry and Audience
How will I be assessed?
Units 2 & 3 will be assessed by examination.
Units 1 & 4 will be assessed by coursework.
Where do I go from here?
Progression to university degrees in Media or related subjects.
Direct entry into employment within Media in a variety of roles.
Entry requirements
AS Level: Five GCSEs at grades A* - C (preferably to include English Language)
A2 Level: AS Level at grade E or above.
